Couponing 101 tips

How do I organize my weekly inserts- I organize my coupons in an accordion file.I label each tab each month out of the year.  Then to file all I do is look on the seam of each insert for the tiny date, then I use a sharpy to write it big on front of insert, then file. So when I am going through weekly match-up I know right where to look for each coupon. For example. $8/2 off two Covergirl products- PG-10-02  would tell me to look in my October tab and search for the Proctor and Gamble insert with the date 10-2. Then all I have to do is find the Covergirl Q and clip.
